Free Cutting Beryllium Copper Rod
Free Cutting Beryllium Copper Rod,
Copper C17200,
Developed high-precision beryllium copper seamless pipe for 5G base station. At present, it is the only domestic manufacturer of high-quality beryllium copper seamless pipe with stable quality and mass supply. The outer diameter can be 1.0 ~ 25mm and the wall thickness is 0.08 ~ 6mm , The tolerance can be accurate to ± 0.01mm. The company’s regular supply of 2.0 * 1.6 2.0 * 1.8 3.5 * 3.2 3.95 * 3.65 and other high-precision beryllium copper seamless pipes have been widely used in 5G base station equipment such as Huawei, ZTE and Nokia.

3. Characteristic of C17200 Tube
High strength, high conductivity, high fatigue resistance, high wear resistance, non-magnetic
4. Application of C17200 Tube
It is mainly used for 5G base station, coaxial connector, photomultiplier tube, high precision instrument, military aerospaceCopper beryllium alloys feature high strength and good thermal and electrical properties. Two main types of copper beryllium alloys are high conductivity alloys and high strength alloys. The high conductivity alloys have 0.2-0.7% of beryllium and high cobalt and nickel contents. The wrought high strength alloys consist of 1.6 to 2.0% of beryllium and nearly 0.3% of cobalt.
